"Warranty process was surprisingly easy"
I had a problem with my mattress cover after having it for a bit, so I reached out about the warranty. I expected it to be kind of a hassle, because warranty stuff usually is, but… they got back to me quickly, asked for a few photos, and took care of it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Really happy with how easy the support was...

"Firm, but not a total dealbreaker"
Okay, so it’s definitely on the firmer side. Like, I wasn’t expecting to sink into it or anything, but still… it’s a bit more solid than I’d hoped. That said, it’s not uncomfortable, just one of those things where you notice it right away and think, “Yep, this is firm.” If you like a supportive feel, you’ll probably be fine with it.

"Return was easy overall"
The return took a few days, so it wasn’t instant or anything, but support was helpful when I reached out. The refund came through without any problems, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Sleeping better after a few nights"
Got this from leesa.com because my old mattress was messing with my back. It felt a little firm at first, but after a few nights I got used to it and started sleeping better.
I still get a bit warm sometimes, so it’s not totally perfect. But overall I’m waking up less and feeling better. Delivery was easy enough too. 4 stars.

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered my mattress from leesa.com and it got here way faster than I thought it would. The tracking was super easy to follow, and it actually arrived on the exact day they said it would, which almost never happens for me. I weirdly remember the delivery truck had this one squeaky back door when they were unloading it, but aside from that random detail, the whole shipping process was fast and really simple. No complaints from me

"Mornings are finally easier on my back"

"Finally waking up comfortable"
I gotta say, this has been a really nice change. Most nights it stays cool enough that I’m not waking up sweaty anymore, which was getting old fast. It just feels more comfortable overall, and I’m happy with it so far.

"Comfy right away"
I didn’t expect to like my Leesa mattress this much from the first night, but here we are. It’s soft without feeling like you’re sinking into a hole, and my back hasn’t been all stiff in the morning anymore. I think it only took me one night to get used to it. My partner likes it too, which almost never happens with beds, so I’m blaming whoever runs this for making one we can actually agree on. Really happy we gave it a shot.

"Way nicer than I expected"
I’m kind of shocked by how nice this mattress feels. The whole thing feels really solid, and the cover is super soft—like, absolutely not that cheap scratchy material I was worried about. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it still feels fresh and new, which makes me weirdly happy every time I get into bed. I’m genuinely really pleased with it

Ordering from leesa.com was straightforward, and checkout went through without any problems. I did spend a little extra time double-checking the delivery details, but I feel like that’s reasonable when you’re buying something this big. Overall, it was a smooth process with no major issues. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the tracking info had been a bit clearer.

"Really happy with it for the price"
I picked up my leesa while it was on sale, and so far I feel like it was a really solid buy. I had looked at a few other mattresses, and the price seemed fair compared to what else was out there. I’ve been sleeping well on it and haven’t had any issues. Overall, I’m just glad I went with it, it feels like money well spent.

i tried it out during the sleep trial and ended up keeping it. it took me a few nights to get used to it, but now i’m sleeping so much better. the whole process was super easy and no hassle at all.

"Setup was honestly easy"
Got it out of the box, plugged things in, followed the steps. Maybe ten minutes total? No weird issues, no confusing part where I had to stop and search anything. Just kind of... done. Hassle-free.

"Comfy mattress, but the edges feel a bit weak"
The mattress is actually comfortable overall, and I sleep fine on it. The weird part is, it feels solid when I’m lying down, but when I sit on the edge, it doesn’t have as much support as I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, I just thought the edges would feel a little sturdier.

"Finally Sleeping Through My Husband Tossing Around"
I’m happy with this. I still remember how frustrated I used to feel waking up every time my husband rolled over, especially on nights when I was already exhausted. Now I barely notice him moving, maybe just a little here and there, but it doesn’t really wake me up anymore. It’s been such a relief...
